Hi, I'm Lesley and I'm so happy you're here!I began life in dysfunction, confusion and trauma. I've a lifetime of working through it all, so now a great pleasure for me is to connect with people and contribute all I can to enable them to find more ease in life.We are designed to be able to self heal. If you cut your finger, you don't need to tell it how to heal, you just give it the right environment and it will heal. It's the same with every part of us, including our energetic body. Given the right environment and the right tools it will ALWAYS choose to heal.
We are all energy, in fact, energy is all there is. As humans, we have multiple energy systems (chakras, aura, meridians etc) that need to be in good 'energetic flow' (see what I did there! lol) in order to keep us in the best of health. They get affected by our thoughts, beliefs and emotions, and can get sluggish or blocked. If we have longstanding emotional energy blocks, or fixed points of view that don't serve us, it can manifest in our physical body causing illness (physical or mental) or dis-ease.Back in 2010 I got attuned in Reiki level I and II, then after personally receiving a distant healing session of Quantum Touch, I went on to get a level 1 certificate in that. It blows me away every time I use it! Every time! These sessions can be done in person, or remotely, both can be extremely effective.I found Access Consciousness in 2019 and my whole life changed. I had found myself in such deep sorrow and sadness at feeling stuck in life....stuck with myself and disliking myself for feeling like that. Access has completely turned that around in such a short time. I look forward to waking up every day now.....even on the hard days!My pure joy is to offer Access Bars sessions, and to facilitate classes to teach others how to. They can create so much ease and space in a person's world. At worst you'll feel like you've had a great massage, at best it can change your whole world! This is a light touch to the head, in person session.I am a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. This is such a simple way to release trapped emotions. Back in January I was very ill with a virus that eventually put me in hospital and left me in great abdominal pain for over six weeks.
I spoke with Lesley on text at the time I’d been discharged from hospital and just wasn’t getting any better. She told me about her healing and asked if I would like to give it a try...which I said I’d like to . We didn’t meet at all but Lesley just said that at a certain time I would need to to lay down comfortably and she would be sending healing vibrations to me. The first time she did this was in the evening and I literally slept the best I’d done in weeks after her healing session as the pain just left me and continued to do for another two days. It then started to return and Lesley did another healing on me, again without meeting, which once again saw the pain relinquish and after that second time I just gradually got better and better. It was like a miracle !!!
I would highly recommend Lesley to anyone .... she obviously has a gift and I’m so grateful to her for imparting that gift with and upon me and helping to restore my health.

I recently had a lovely session of Emotion Code and Access Bars with Lesley. I had a number of experiences and insights during the session and am currently just allowing the impacts to reveal themselves in my life.I found the session very spacious, with no sense of rushing or compression. I also felt very safe to bring whatever was present for me without any fear of shame or judgement.I experienced Lesley meeting and engaging with me without hierarchy whilst still 'holding' the session. I don't know many practitioners who are able to do this (many times, I have felt the practitioner either impose their beliefs/methods and not 'tune into' me, or engage with me but not really guide the session).I also experienced her humility and integrity in seeing and owning her own limitations and opportunities for learning and growth (and to do this whilst still very much 'holding' the session). I can only recall having experienced this with a couple of other practitioners/facilitators. A very rare and precious skill.I would thoroughly recommend.

I have recently had an ‘Emotion Code’ healing from Lesley Smart. As well as reducing some of the physical pain I have, it has had a massive effect on me psychologically. I feel confident, positive and able more often. I have just successfully tackled a job that I have been postponing for over a year. Now I am looking forward to sorting out a few other problems that I have been putting off. I am easily able to recommend Lesley as a healer.20
